Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na remoncie wejścia głównego oraz schodów w budynku Urzędu Statystycznego w Lublinie przy ul. Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 48. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ – przedmiar robót. Ogólny zakres robót: 1. Demontaże (nawierzchni z kostki, balustrad, posadzki z płytek, ścian i filarów). 2. Izolacja fundamentów. 3. Zamurowanie okien. 4. Remont schodów (izolacja, uzupełnienie ubytków, okładziny z płytek, posadzki płytkowe, okładziny policzków i frontów, montaż balustrady). 5. Odtworzenie kostki (podbudowa z kruszywa, nawierzchnie z kostki, regulacja studzienek). 6. Inne – towarzyszące prace remontowe.
