Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określają niżej wymienione dokumenty stanowiące załączniki do projektu umowy (Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ): 1) Załącznik nr 1 do umowy – Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia; 2) Załącznik nr 1.A do umowy – Dokumentacja techniczna; 3) Załącznik nr 1.B do umowy – Specyfikacja Techniczna Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych; 4) Załącznik nr 1.C do umowy – Przedmiar robót; 5) Załącznik nr 1.D do umowy – Opinia Lubelskiego Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków.
