Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja placu zabaw na terenie skweru im. Jerzego Wyrobka przy ulicy Łukasińskiego w Chorzowie. W skład prac wchodzi przygotowanie dokumentacji projektowej, zdemontowanie i utylizacja istniejących urządzeń zabawowych wraz z nawierzchnią bezpieczną. Dostawa i montaż: urządzeń zabawowych z zachowaniem odpowiednich stref bezpiecznych oraz elementów małej architektury zgodnie z przewidzianym zakresem i zgodnie z zatwierdzoną koncepcją. Ogrodzenie terenu placu zabaw, montaż dwóch furtek. Montaż ławek z oparciem i koszy na śmieci. Wykonanie odpowiedniej nawierzchni bezpiecznej z mat przerostowych ma całym terenie placu zabaw. Uporządkowanie terenu po wykonanych robotach budowlanych.
