Przedmiotem postępowania i zamówienia jest wyłonienie Wykonawcy robót budowlanych związanych z wykonaniem zadania inwestycyjnego pn. Remont drogi gminnej Zagórze w miejscowości Paszyn. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: rozebranie nawierzchni betonowej, stabilizację dolnej warstwy podbudowy, wykonanie górnej warstwy podbudowy z kruszywa łamanego, wykonanie nawierzchni asfaltowej warstwy wiążącej i ścieralnej, wykonanie poboczy oraz wymiana korytek ściekowych. Wykonawca musi zaoferować: 1) co najmniej 3 letni okres gwarancji na całość przedmiotu zamówienia; 2) 5 letni okres rękojmi na całość przedmiotu zamówienia. Prace należy realizować zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową, specyfikacją techniczną wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, które stanowią odpowiednio Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ oraz Załącznik Nr 4 do SWZ. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte zostały w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy, które stanowią Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ.
