Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: 1) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia - część III SWZ na który składa się dokumentacja techniczna (Plan zagospodarowania terenu, Przedmiar, STWiOR, stała i tymczasowa organizacja ruchu) 2) Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego - stanowią część II SWZ - projekt umowy.
