Przedmiotem zamówienia są prace związane z zaprojektowaniem i budową budynku garażowo – magazynowego na działce gminnej w Turośni Kościelnej oznaczonej nr geod. 582/3 o powierzchni zabudowy 140 m2.Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności: - opracowanie kompletnej dokumentacji projektowej wraz z uzyskaniem wszelkich wymaganych pozwoleń, uzgodnień, zgód itp., - przejęcie i organizację placu budowy, - wykonanie robót budowlanych, - sprawowanie nadzoru autorskiego, - opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej, - uzyskanie pozwolenia na użytkowanie lub braku sprzeciwu do zgłoszenia o zakończeniu budowy. 5.1. Przedmiot zamówienia szczegółowo opisany jest w Programie Funkcjonalno - Użytkowym, który stanowi integralną część niniejszej SWZ (załącznik 6 do SWZ).
