Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Remont nawierzchni ul. Niedziałka i Świrskiego w Siedlcach” w ramach realizacji „Zadania pn. Remont ulic na terenie Miasta Siedlce współfinansowanego ze środków z budżetu Województwa Mazowieckiego” w ramach Instrumentu Wsparcia Inwestycji Samorządowych – Mazowsze Pomaga. Zakres zamówienia: 1. wykonanie frezowania korekcyjnego nawierzchni jezdni; 2. rozbiórka krawężników betonowych; 3. ustawienie krawężników betonowych po północnej stronie ulicy; 4. ustawienie krawężników granitowych po południowej stronie ulicy; 5. odtworzenie istniejącej nawierzchni dróg dla pieszych; 6. wykonanie warstwy wyrównawczej z betonu asfaltowego AC16W na jezdni; 7. regulacja wysokościowa istniejących studni kanalizacyjnych, wpustów deszczowych oraz zasuw; 8. wykonanie warstwy ścieralnej z betonu asfaltowego AC11S na jezdni; 9. oznakowanie poziome wykonane masami chemoutwardzalnymi grubowarstwowymi; 10. zagospodarowanie zielenią oraz doprowadzenie do stanu pierwotnego pasa drogowego; 11. inwentaryzacja geodezyjna wykonanych robót. 1) Szczegółowy Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera dokumentacja wykonawcza i Szczegółowa Specyfikacja Techniczna - załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
