Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na budowie jednokondygnacyjnej hali magazynowej o konstrukcji stalowej typu namiotowego na potrzeby ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej w miejscowości Mikołajki (woj. warmińsko-mazurskie, pow. mrągowski, dz. nr ew. 14/17, obręb miasto Mikołajki). Inwestycja realizowana będzie na podstawie załączonej dokumentacji projektowej. Szczegółowy zakres prac obejmuje: 1. Roboty ziemne i fundamentowe: minimalna niwelacja terenu oraz wykonanie żelbetowej płyty fundamentowej (posadowienie bezpośrednie). 2. Konstrukcję nadziemną i obudowę hali: montaż hali o konstrukcji stalowej (słupy IPE220) i ścian z płyt stalowych powlekanych. 3. Konstrukcję i pokrycie dachowe: montaż dachu dwuspadowego (kąt 26°) krytego plandeką PVC (klasyfikacja NRO, klasa reakcji na ogień BS2d0) wraz z kompletnym systemem rynien i rur spustowych (powierzchnia dachu: 501,9 m², odprowadzenie powierzchniowe). 4. Opaskę wokół budynku: wykonanie opaski z kostki betonowej typu POLBRUK (szer. 50 cm) na podbudowie, wraz z obrzeżami (68 m) i krawężnikami (26 m) na ławie betonowej z oporem. Główne parametry obiektu: powierzchnia zabudowy: 451,2 m², powierzchnia użytkowa: 450,0 m², kubatura: 2856 m³, wysokość: 8,21 m, długość: 30,00 m, szerokość: 15,04 m.
