1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych w ramach zadania pn. „Budowa bazy edukacyjno-rekreacyjnej na terenie Parku 1000-lecia wraz z infrastrukturą zewnętrzną”, zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową, decyzjami administracyjnymi, specyfikacjami technicznymi wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, przedmiarami robót oraz pozostałymi dokumentami zamówienia. Zamówienie obejmuje kompleksową realizację zamierzenia budowlanego, w szczególności: roboty przygotowawcze i rozbiórkowe, wykonanie obiektów kubaturowych i terenowych, instalacji zewnętrznych, drogi pożarowej, nawierzchni i ciągów komunikacyjnych, zagospodarowania rekreacyjno-edukacyjnego, elementów małej architektury, robót wykończeniowych, porządkowych i rekultywacyjnych, a także przeprowadzenie wymaganych prób, badań, rozruchów i czynności odbiorowych. Celem zamówienia jest uzyskanie kompletnej, bezpiecznej, dostępnej i gotowej do użytkowania bazy edukacyjno-rekreacyjnej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia tworzą łącznie niniejszy OPZ, dokumentacja projektowa, STWiORB oraz pozostałe dokumenty zamówienia. Przedmiary mają charakter pomocniczy.
