1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) Dokończenie realizacji zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „Budowa kolumbarium na Cmentarzu Komunalnym w Gubinie – segmenty 5-6.” b) Przygotowanie dokumentów niezbędnych do uzyskania przez Zamawiającego pozwolenia na użytkowanie. 2) Zakres przedmiotu umowy obejmuje m.in. wykonanie poniższych robót: a) rozebranie warstw 2 kolumbariów, zgodnie z przedstawioną ekspertyzą techniczną, b) kontynuacja budowy dwóch segmentów kolumbarium z cegły klinkierowej, składających się z 60 nisz podzielonych na: - 24 małe nisze - 24 średnie nisze - 12 dużych nisz c) utwardzenie terenu z kostki betonowej, d) zakup, dostarczenie i montaż ławek parkowych w liczbie 6 dla każdego kolumbarium
