Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na remoncie budynku magazynowego przy ul. Przemysłowej 25 w Tarnowie. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje m.in.: 1) wykonanie instalacji gazowej wraz z montażem i włączeniem do instalacji kotła gazowego CO, 2) wymianę stolarki zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej, 3) izolację i naprawę ścian wewnątrz budynku, 4) remont instalacji wod.-kan. i elektrycznych, 5) remont i wymianę warstw wykończeniowych, 6) docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, 7) wykonanie obróbek blacharskich, 8) wymianę nawierzchni brukowej przy budynku, 9) remont ogrodzenia. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia” (OPZ), stanowiący załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz Dokumentacja projektowa, stanowiąca załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
