Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa fragmentu sieci wodociągowej na odcinku pod DK 50 w miejscowości Działki, gmina Wiskitki, zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją stanowiącą załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. Wykonawca będzie odpowiedzialny za uzgodnienie robót z zarządcą nieruchomości o ile będzie to konieczne. Ponadto Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do wykonania szczelnego i trwałego połączenia z realizowanymi aktualnie odcinkami sieci wodociągowej, dla której jednym z etapów jest etap objęty niniejszym postępowaniem.
