1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Budowa hali sportowej w Pogorzeli” 2. Przedmiot jest współfinansowany w ramach II edycji Programu Rozwoju Infrastruktury Sportowej w Województwie Wielkopolskim. 3. Zakres prac obejmuje wykonanie wszystkich robót budowlanych zgodnie z załączonym projektem budowlanym tj. rozbiórka istniejącego budynku sali sportowej wraz z przylegającymi do niej budynkami gospodarczymi i kominem kotłowni oraz budowie hali sportowej z zapleczem szatniowo-socjalnym wraz z wyposażeniem. W ramach inwestycji zlikwidowane zostaną schody na korytarzu istniejącego budynku szkoły tak aby komunikacja pomiędzy szkołą, a projektowaną salą znajdowała się na jednym poziomie. W ramach inwestycji konieczne jest poszerzenie drogi wjazdowej na teren szkoły tak, aby uzyskać odległość 5,0 m od budynku szkoły, w celu zapewnienia drogi pożarowej.
