1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie audytu kwalifikacyjnego dla potrzeb utworzenia miejsc doraźnego schronienia (MDS) w wytypowanych przez Zamawiającego lokalizacjach wraz z określeniem zakresu niezbędnych działań dostosowawczych oraz przygotowaniem wytycznych do opracowania przyszłej dokumentacji projektowej. Celem Zamawiającego jest w szczególności uzyskanie dla każdego obszaru objętego przedmiotem zamówienia, jednoznacznej informacji o możliwości zorganizowania MDS, warunkach jakie będą musiały zostać spełnione oraz uzyskanie propozycji rozwiązań. 2. Zamówienie będzie realizowane we Wrocławiu w następujących lokalizacjach: 1) ul. Mościckiego 42a–42c, ul. Birmańska 1; 2) ul. Pakistańska 5–11, ul. Wietnamska 3; 3) ul. Pakistańska 5–11, ul. Wietnamska 3; 4) ul. Brzozy 21–25, ul. Bieńkowskiego 20–22, ul. Berga 7–13; 3.
