1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostarczanie odczynników do badań laboratoryjnych zgodnie z wymaganiami zawartymi w załączniku nr 1 do niniejszej specyfikacji. 2. Oferty niezawierające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zostaną odrzucone. 3. Termin ważności odczynników nie może być krótszy niż 6 miesięcy od daty dostarczenia, 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość zmian ilościowych zamawianego asortymentu w ramach wartości zawartej umowy. 5. Pozostałe warunki zamówienia określa projekt umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
