Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: zakup i dostawa do siedziby Zamawiającego szczepionki objętej programem lekowym B.40 - profilaktyka zakażeń wirusem RS. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określono w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Zestawienie asortymentowo-cenowe. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz z ewentualnymi zmianami treści specyfikacji, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania Wykonawców. Zamawiający wymaga, aby przedmiot zamówienia spełniał wszystkie narzucone przepisami prawa wymagania w zakresie dopuszczenia do obrotu na terenie RP, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 6 września 2001r. – Prawo farmaceutyczne (tj. Dz.U.2026.612) np.: aktualną na dzień otwarcia ofert Kartę Charakterystyki Produktu Leczniczego, zawierająca potwierdzoną datę jej zatwierdzenia lub częściowej zmiany tekstu itp. Zamawiający nie dokonuje podziału zamówienia na części i tym samym nie dopuszcza składania ofert częściowych. Oferty nie zawierające pełnego zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zostaną odrzucone.
