Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa oleju opałowego grzewczego w ilości 138 000 litrów dla Gminy Firlej i jej jednostek organizacyjnych, w tym: a/ Gmina Firlej - 38 000 litrów, b/ Gminny Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Firleju - 4 000 litrów, c/ Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny w Woli Skromowskiej -22 000 litrów, d/ Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny w Firleju - 65 000 litrów, e/ Gminna Biblioteka Publiczna w Firleju - 9 000 litrów. Olej opałowy musi spełniać wymagania jakościowe określone w normie PN-C-96024:2020-12 oraz wymagania Rozporządzenia Ministra Energii z dnia 1 grudnia 2016 r. w sprawie wymagań jakościowych dotyczących zawartości siarki dla olejów oraz rodzajów instalacji i warunków, w których będą stosowane ciężkie oleje opałowe (Dz.
