1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie i przeszkolenie obsługi mobilnej stacji uzdatniania wody o wydajności co najmniej 10 m³/h, przeznaczonej do uzdatniania wody podziemnej, zabudowanej w konstrukcji kontenerowej przystosowanej do transportu drogowego. 2. Zamówienie finansowane jest ze środków Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026 (Obszar II). 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza dostaw pochodzących z „państw trzecich niebędących stronami umów międzynarodowych”. Przez „państwa trzecie niebędące stronami umów międzynarodowych” należy rozumieć inne państwa niż państwa członkowskie Unii Europejskiej oraz inne niż państwa będące stronami Porozumienia Światowej Organizacji Handlu w sprawie zamówień rządowych lub stronami innych umów międzynarodowych gwarantujących na zasadzie wzajemności i równości dostęp do rynku zamówień publicznych, których stroną jest Unia Europejska.
