1 Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa jednej sztuki fabrycznie nowego samochodu 9-osobowego (łącznie z kierowcą), rok produkcji 2026, przystosowanego do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych, w tym jednej osoby na wózku inwalidzkim, dla Samorządowego Domu Pomocy Społecznej w Jedliczu. 2 Szczegółowe minimalne wymagania techniczne, wyposażenie, wymagania dotyczące adaptacji, gwarancji, serwisu, dokumentów i ubezpieczenia określa Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia - Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ oraz Formularz parametrów technicznych - Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. 3 Pojazd po wykonaniu adaptacji musi być dopuszczony do ruchu na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz posiadać dokumenty homologacyjne i badanie stacji diagnostycznej potwierdzające przystosowanie do przewozu osób niepełnosprawnych, a także komplet dokumentów niezbędnych do pierwszej rejestracji. 4 Parametry wskazane jako minimalne są wymaganiami granicznymi.
