1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowych, kompletnych i gotowych do użytkowania mobilnych cystern do transportu oraz czasowej dystrybucji wody przeznaczonej do spożycia przez ludzi o pojemności nominalnej nie mniejszej niż 1 000 litrów (1 m³) – 3 szt. Oraz o pojemności nominalnej nie mniejszej niż 2 500 litrów (2,5 m³) – 1 szt. Każda cysterna musi stanowić kompletny zestaw obejmujący zbiornik trwale zamontowany na przyczepie drogowej wraz z armaturą, przewodami i wyposażeniem. 2. Zamówienie finansowane jest ze środków Programu Ochrony Ludności i Obrony Cywilnej na lata 2025-2026 (Obszar II). 3. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza dostaw pochodzących z „państw trzecich niebędących stronami umów międzynarodowych”. Przez „państwa trzecie niebędące stronami umów międzynarodowych” należy rozumieć inne państwa niż państwa członkowskie Unii Europejskiej oraz inne niż państwa będące stronami Porozumienia Światowej Organizacji Handlu w sprawie zamówień rządowych lub stronami innych umów międzynarodowych gwarantujących na zasadzie wzajemności i równości dostęp do rynku zamówień publicznych, których stroną jest Unia Europejska.
