Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa, instalacja, konfiguracja i uruchomienie Systemu informacji wizualnej OSPA. W ramach realizacji Przedmiotu Umowy Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do: 2.1. dostarczenia Przedmiotu Umowy wraz z wymaganym oprogramowaniem i urządzeniami Systemu, 2.2. wykonania niezbędnej infrastruktury technicznej, 2.3. wykonania demontażu istniejących urządzeń wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, 2.4. instalacji, konfiguracji i uruchomienia Systemu, 2.5. przeprowadzenia instruktażu personelu Zamawiającego, 2.6. przeprowadzenia testów odbioru w Miejscach Instalacji („Testy SAT”), 2.7. opracowania i przekazania Zamawiającemu dokumentacji powykonawczej, 2.8. udzielenia Zamawiającemu licencji na Oprogramowanie Systemu , 2.9. przeniesienia na Zamawiającego autorskich praw majątkowych do Dokumentacji Powykonawczej, zgodnie z postanowieniami § 8 Umowy.
