Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa jednego fabrycznie nowego, 9-osobowego samochodu typu bus/mikrobus/minivan dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Turce, wraz z wyposażeniem oraz przystosowaniem pojazdu do wymagań Zamawiającego, zgodnie ze Szczegółowym Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Pojazd musi być fabrycznie nowy, nieużywany, kompletny, wolny od wad fizycznych i prawnych oraz praw osób trzecich, a także spełniać wszystkie wymagania techniczne, funkcjonalne i użytkowe określone przez Zamawiającego w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
