1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na remoncie 12 pomieszczeń i dwóch elementów zewnętrznych budynku, a remontowane pomieszczenia zlokalizowane są w różnych częściach pięciu kondygnacji budynków wysokiego i niskiego Wydziału Leśnego UR. W okresie dotychczasowego użytkowania, w budynku wykonano remonty wielu sal i pomieszczeń oraz przebudowano fragmentarycznie instalacje sanitarne i elektryczne. Wykonano też dostosowanie budynku do wymagań przepisów pożarowych, co wiązało się z montażem lub wymianą części ślusarki i stolarki, wymianą wind, wybudowaniem wentylacji pożarowej, montażem oświetlenia pożarowego i sygnalizacji pożarowej. Obecny remont został przygotowany i będzie realizowany bez opracowanego projektu wykonawczego, została wykonana przez Zamawiajacego dokumentacja rysunkowa, przedstawiająca głównie rozmieszczenie remontowanych pomieszczeń w budynku niskim i wysokim, z zaznaczonymi zakresami robót, drzwiami i oknami do wymiany, zestawieniem stolarki i ślusarki, a także naszkicowanymi pewnymi istotnymi detalami. Roboty zostały opisane w STWiORB, a na podstawie dokumentacji rysunkowej, dokumentacji.
