Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa nowego budynku użyteczności publicznej, przeznaczonego na siedzibę Centrum Usług Społecznych (CUS) w Gminie Walce. Inwestycja realizowana będzie na działce będącej własnością Gminy Walce, zlokalizowanej w miejscowości Walce – w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie istniejącej zabudowy usługowej i mieszkaniowej. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje przede wszystkim roboty budowlane polegające na wykonaniu od podstaw nowego budynku wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną (przyłącza, chodniki, dojazdy, zagospodarowanie terenu) oraz wykończeniem pomieszczeń z przeznaczeniem na funkcje administracyjne, usługowe i terapeutyczne. W ramach robót przewiduje się również dostosowanie budynku do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – zarówno w zakresie architektonicznym, jak i funkcjonalnym.
