Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn.: Przebudowa drogi powiatowej Nr 1438R od DW 884 do DW 835 w km od 2+815 do 3+801 w miejscowości Dynów. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: - przebudowę jezdni w zakresie wykonania nowych warstw bitumicznych na długości ok. 0,986 km, - utwardzenie poboczy kruszywem łamanym, - odcinkową przebudowę drogi dla pieszych, - przebudowę zjazdów indywidualnych i publicznych (w ramach pasa drogowego). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Dokumentacji projektowej oraz Specyfikacjach Wykonania i Odbioru Robót Budowlanych – Załącznik Nr 6 i Nr 7 do SWZ. Szczegółowy zakres robót określony został w kosztorysie ofertowym - Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ.
