1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest remont istniejącego budynku zaplecza szatniowo-sanitarnego LKS Juvenia Prandocin na dz. nr 198/2 w m. Prandocin, gm. Słomniki. 2. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: 1) roboty przygotowawcze (wyniesienie lub zabezpieczenie istniejących mebli i sprzętów, zabezpieczenie ścian, drzwi, okien, instalacji itp.); 2) roboty rozbiórkowe i demontażowe wraz z utylizacją; 3) roboty murarskie i wykończeniowe; 4) stolarka budowlana; 5) instalacje sanitarne (wod-kan, c.o.); 6) instalacje elektryczne; 7) uporządkowanie miejsca prowadzenia prac; 8) pokrycie kosztów związanych z wykonaniem protokołów badań i pomiarów instalacji oraz dokumentacji powykonawczej. 3. Zamówienie należy wykonać zgodnie ze zgłoszeniem robót budowlanych niewymagających pozwolenia na budowę nr AB-V.6743.3.105.2026.AD (zgłoszenie w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ). 4. Szczegółowy zakres zadania określa dokumentacja projektowa, specyfikacja techniczna oraz przedmiar robót (zwane w treści dokumentacją techniczną) stanowiące załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. Zamawiający informuje, iż przedmiar robót, który został opublikowany ma charakter jedynie pomocniczy w celu ustalenia zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia.
