Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zadanie polegające na dalszej budowie świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Emilianów, Gmina Złoczew. Budynek obecnie jest w trakcie budowy. Posiada pełną dokumentację budowlaną z pozwoleniem na budowę oraz dziennikiem budowy. Niniejszy zakres obejmuje kolejne prace budowlane na tym obiekcie. W ramach przedmiotowego zamówienia realizacja obejmuje: - roboty instalacyjne elektryczne, - stolarka i obudowa belek drewnianych i słupków, - roboty okładzinowe podłóg - opaska wokół budynku ( szer. 40 cm) i częściowy chodnik - obrzeża. Wszelkie prace wykonać należy zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową stanowiącą załącznik nr 7.1 do SWZ oraz przedmiarem robót stanowiącym załącznik nr 7.2 do SWZ. Dokładny zakres prac dotyczący przedmiotu zamówienia uwzględniony został w przedmiarze robót.
