Zakres robót obejmuje poprawę parametrów technicznych nawierzchni ul. Pszczyńskiej na dwóch jezdniach na długości 600 mb – o łącznej powierzchni 9055 m2. W zakres prac wchodzi: - wymiana nawierzchni asfaltowej poprzez frezowanie starej nawierzchni, - wzmocnienie nawierzchni geosiatką, - zabudowa warstwy wiążącej AC16W 6cm i warstwy ścieralnej AC11S 4 cm, - dostosowanie przejść dla pieszych do osób z niepełnosprawnością, - wykonanie oznakowania poziomego, - zabudowę barierek szczeblinkowych U11a. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ, tj. przedmiar robót, mapa poglądowa oraz zestawienie oznakowania, zwane dalej „dokumentacją techniczną”. Zadanie realizowane jest w ramach projektu pn.: „Rezerwa subwencji ogólnej 2026”. Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz.
