1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane pn. Remont odcinka drogi powiatowej nr 1419 S Jeleśnia - Koszarawa - Bystra w km 9+426 do 9+623 w m. Koszarawa. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określono w: 1) przedmiarze robót – Załącznik Nr 4 do SWZ, 2) szczegółowych specyfikacjach technicznych wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych – Załączniki nr 5 do SWZ, 3. Zamawiający posiada zatwierdzony projekt stałej organizacji ruchu. Projekt czasowej organizacji ruchu jest uzgadniany. 4. Zamawiający wymaga, aby pracownicy fizyczni skierowani przez wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę do wykonania czynności: roboty budowlane wchodzące w zakres przedmiotu zamówienia, byli zatrudnieni na podstawie stosunku pracy.
