Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na budowie budynku garażowego o jednym lokalu użytkowym (kategoria obiektu budowlanego III), na terenie działki nr 122/1, 128/5 w miejscowości Milwino, gmina Luzino. Budynek o wymiarach w rzucie poziomym 8,64 x 13,84 m będzie budynkiem parterowym, niepodpiwniczonym, przykrytym dachem drewnianym dwuspadowym, wykonany z drewna sosnowego, o kącie nachylenia połaci równym 20°=36,4%, w konstrukcji kratowej. Elewacje będą wykończone tynkiem w kolorach szarości, dach pokryty blachą w kolorze grafitowym. Budynek zaprojektowany w technologii tradycyjnej murowanej. Posadowienie bezpośrednie na betonowych ławach fundamentowych. W ramach zadania należy także zagospodarować teren, zgodnie z załączoną dokumentacją techniczną. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do, co najmniej głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia, określone zostały w dokumentacji opisującej przedmiot zamówienia, stanowiącej załącznik nr 4 do niniejszej SWZ.
