1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Przebudowa boiska sportowego przy Szkole Podstawowej im. Henryka Sienkiewicza w Wąsoszu. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na działce nr ewid. 509/9, położonej w miejscowości Wąsosz przy ulicy Piaskowej 13, zgodnie z przedłożoną koncepcją architektoniczną. Zadanie obejmuje: a) Rozbiórkę istniejącej nawierzchni, b) Niwelację terenu, c) Uwzględnienie archiwalnej dokumentacji technicznej obiektów istniejących, d) Szczegółowe sprawdzenie w terenie warunków wykonania zamówienia z wizją lokalną, e) wykonanie infrastruktury sportowej i rekreacyjnej zgodnie z przedłożoną koncepcją architektoniczną, obejmującej w szczególności: • bieżnię prostą o długości 60 m, • bieżnię okrężną, • skocznię do skoku w dal, • rzutnię do pchnięcia kulą, • elementy małej architektury, • zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych. 2. Szczegółowy zakres robót i sposób ich wykonania został określony Programie funkcjonalno-użytkowym stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 8 do SWZ. Wykonanie skateparku nie jest przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia.
