Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych oraz prac towarzyszących związanych z wykonywanymi robotami budowlanymi w ramach Zadania inwestycyjnego pn. „PRZEBUDOWA SKWERU EKI Z MAŁEKI””. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje w szczególności wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na przebudowie układu komunikacyjnego w rejonie skweru Eki z Małeki wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną, a także zakresu prac wskazanego na rysunkach dołączonych do opracowania w projekcie drogowym, sanitarnym, elektrycznym i teletechnicznym. Zamówienie należy realizować zgodnie z dokumentacją projektową oraz specyfikacjami technicznymi wykonania i odbioru robót oraz w zakresie określonym przedmiarami robót – wspomniane opracowania stanowią Załączniki nr 2-4 do SWZ. Całość przedmiotu zamówienia podlega wykonaniu zgodnie z zasadami wiedzy technicznej i sztuki inżynierskiej oraz powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Dodatkowe informacje dotyczące szczegółowego zakresu zamówienia zawarte zostały we wzorze umowy – Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (wraz z załącznikami).
