Świętego Wawrzyńca 32 w Krakowie, polegający na: - remoncie kominów: przemurowanie komina przechylonego – od poziomu strychu wraz z wymianą czapy kominowej, przemurowania wszystkich pozostałych kominów w partii górnej z wymianą czap (wyjątek stanowi komin w ścianie granicznej od północy), - wykonaniu konstrukcji stalowej „spinającej” kominy klatki schodowej, - pozostałych robotach budowlanych (naprawie obróbek blacharskich, pokrycia dachowego, elementów więźby dachowej), - pracach towarzyszących wykończeniowych.
