1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa zaplecza biurowo-technicznego dla Zakładu Usług Komunalnych w Busku-Zdroju oraz generalny remont istniejącego budynku gospodarczego po byłej stolarni. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostosowanie posiadanej przez Zamawiającego dokumentacji projektowej z 2019 roku do aktualnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa, doprojektowanie instalacji klimatyzacji oraz fotowoltaiki z magazynem energii oraz kompleksowe wykonanie robót budowlanych na podstawie zaktualizowanego projektu oraz generalny remont istniejącego budynku gospodarczego po byłej stolarni zlokalizowanego na działce przy ul. Langiewicza 32. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia opisano szczegółowo w Programie Funkcjonalno – Użytkowym, który w swym opracowaniu zawiera szczegółową koncepcję wykonania dokumentacji projektowej wraz z przewidywanymi do wykonania robotami (dalej PFU) - załącznik do SWZ. Wykonawca po zapoznaniu się z PFU jest zobowiązany do ustalenia zakresu robót niezbędnego do osiągnięcia rezultatu.
