1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie zadania pn.: „Wykonanie nawierzchni bitumicznej dz. ew. nr 448, 449 oraz 450 w Piasecznej”. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku Nr 10 do SWZ. Składają się na niego następujące dokumenty: 1) projekt budowlany, 2) specyfikacje techniczne wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych (STWiORB), 3) przedmiar robót. Z uwagi na to, że wynagrodzenie wykonawcy wskazane w ofercie będzie miało charakter ryczałtowy, wykonawca przy wycenie oferty powinien opierać się na zakresie wskazanym w dokumentacji projektowej o której mowa w pkt 1) oraz STWiORB oraz w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia zawartym w niniejszej SWZ. Przedmiar robót ma charakter pomocniczy. Wystąpienie w trakcie realizacji umowy robót nieujętych w przedmiarze lub robót w większej ilości w stosunku do przyjętej w przedmiarze nie będzie uprawniało wykonawcy do żądania dodatkowego wynagrodzenia - jeżeli roboty te ujęte były w dokumentacji projektowej o której mowa w pkt 1) lub STWiORB.
