10.1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonanie remontu pomieszczeń sanitarnych na III i IV piętrze oraz pomieszczenia socjalnego na IV piętrze budynku Urzędu m.st. Warszawy dla Dzielnicy Włochy przy Al. Krakowskiej 257 w Warszawie, zgodnie z dokumentacją Zakres zamówienia obejmuje roboty budowlane, sanitarne, elektryczne oraz wykończeniowe, a także opracowanie projektu aranżacji pomieszczenia socjalnego oraz wykonanie kompletnej zabudowy meblowej i wyposażenia. 10.2. Prace remontowe wykonywane będą na III i IV piętrze czynnego budynku Urzędu, w strefie przeznaczonej głównie do pracy pracowników administracyjnych. W obszarze objętym robotami może występować obsługa klientów. Kluczowe jest zachowanie ciągłości pracy komórek organizacyjnych Urzędu oraz zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa wszystkich użytkowników budynku, w szczególności pracowników, interesantów i wykonawców.
