Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest budowa amfiteatru przy Bibliotece – Centrum Kultury im. Jana Raka w Lubsku, zlokalizowanego na działce nr 353/11 (obręb 0003 Lubsko, jednostka ewidencyjna 081106_4 Lubsko). W ramach przedsięwzięcia planuje się: - budowę budynku w formie wiaty murowano -żelbetowej z konstrukcją stalową dachu. Na górze trybuny dla widzów , pod trybunami zaplecze sanitarne. - budowa zadaszenia w konstrukcji stalowej na słupach żelbetowych. - częściowy remont istniejącego. utwardzenia terenu. - wykonanie podłączeń elektrycznych i sanitarnych. Szczegółowy zakres robót został wyszczególniony w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ – Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, na który składają się: dokumentacja projektowa, poglądowe przedmiary robót, rysunki zagospodarowania terenu, oraz specyfikacja techniczna wykonania i odbioru robót (STWiOR) oraz w Załączniku nr 10 do SWZ – Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
