Obiekt w technologii szkieletowej – konstrukcja nośna: słupy, rygle i płatwie stalowe, ściany i dach z płyt warstwowych, w tym Roboty ziemne i wymiana gruntu, warstwy podbudowy i izolacji, płyta żelbetowa z fartuchami obwodowymi i stopami F1–F5, hydroizolacja, opaska, instalacje podposadzkowe (kanalizacja, peszle, bednarka).
