Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zadanie realizowane w formule zaprojektuj i wybuduj polegające na wykonaniu dokumentacji projektowej oraz budowie budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w Koconi wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną. Planowany budynek 1 kondygnacyjny z pomieszczeniami technicznymi, salą w poziomie parteru, który będzie ekonomiczny w budowie, energooszczędny, przyjazny dla środowiska, o relatywnie niskich kosztach eksploatacji. Budynek z przyłączami: wodociągowym, kanalizacji sanitarnej wraz ze szczelnym zbiornikiem na nieczystości ciekłe, energetycznym oraz projektowanym zjazdem na teren posesji. Budynek niepodpiwniczony.
