Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych wraz z infrastrukturą na terenie Gminy Goczałkowice-Zdrój w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027, zakres przedmiotu obejmuje: usuwanie śniegu, błota pośniegowego, zasp, zapobieganie oraz likwidowanie śliskości zimowej powstałej na skutek gołoledzi, lodowicy, śniegu, szadzi, szronu i oblodzenia nawierzchni drogowej poprzez odśnieżanie, posypywanie materiałami uszorstniającymi i chemicznymi (rozmrażającymi) wszystkich dróg gminnych, parkingów, chodników, określonych w ZAŁĄCZNIKU NR 10 do SWZ – z wyłączeniem chodników, o których mowa w art. 5 ust. 1 pkt 4 Ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996r., o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2019r., poz. 2010 z późń. zm.). Usługi te winny być wykonane zgodnie ze Szczegółową Specyfikacją Techniczną (SST), stanowiącą ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 6 do niniejszej SWZ. Wykaz dróg gminnych wraz z ich długością oraz z przynależnym standardem utrzymania, stanowi ZAŁĄCZNIK NR 10 do niniejszej SWZ.
