1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa przeprowadzenia dwóch dwudniowych szkoleń pn. „Profesjonalna organizacja szkoleń – od diagnozy potrzeb szkoleniowych po rozliczenie szkolenia”. 2. Kompleksowa usługa przeprowadzenia dwóch dwudniowych szkoleń obejmuje zapewnienie następujących elementów podczas każdego ze szkoleń: a) sala szkoleniowa, b) usługa szkoleniowa, c) notes i długopis, d) usługa hotelowa ze śniadaniem, e) usługa gastronomiczna. 3. Liczba uczestników podczas każdego szkolenia wyniesie: a) grupa I - maksymalnie 25 osób, minimum 20 osób, b) grupa II - maksymalnie 25 osób, minimum 20 osób. 4. Grupą docelową szkolenia są pracownicy dolnośląskich publicznych służb zatrudnienia oraz Dolnośląskiej Wojewódzkiej Komendy Ochotniczych Hufców Pracy. 5. Miejsce realizacji szkoleń: miasto Wrocław. Wykonawca wskaże w terminie 5 dni roboczych od dnia podpisania Umowy miejsce, w którym odbędą się szkolenia. 6. Forma szkolenia: wykładowo-warsztatowa. 7. Wykonawca w ciągu 5 dni roboczych od dnia podpisania umowy przedstawi Zamawiającemu do zaakceptowania program szkoleń. 8. Szkolenie będzie prowadzone w języku polskim. 9. Szkolenie dostępne dla osób ze specjalnymi potrzebami. 10. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zostały określone w Załączniku Nr 2 do SWZ Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
