Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje wykonywanie usług w postaci: 1) świadczenia przeglądu konserwacyjnego urządzeń instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej i klimatyzacji (2 przeglądy) w okresie 12 miesięcy trwania umowy, 2) usunięcia istniejących usterek i awarii (wymienionych w tabeli nr 1 - Szczegółowy wykaz urządzeń objętych przedmiotem zamówienia oraz wykaz usterek do usunięcia), 3) utrzymania urządzeń w ruchu, w okresie obowiązywania umowy dla następujących lokalizacjach: - Sąd Rejonowy Szczecin – Prawobrzeże i Zachód w Szczecinie – Pl. Żołnierza Polskiego 16, Szczecin (Budynek główny, budynek A, budynek B), - Sąd Rejonowy Szczecin – Prawobrzeże i Zachód w Szczecinie Zamiejscowe Wydziały w Policach – ul. Korczaka 13, 15, Police. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do niniejszej SWZ.
