The subject of the contract includes the provision of the above service in the area of: a. for Part 2: Szarów, Dąbrowa, Łysokanie and Brzezie (together with the Pear parish). The service should be performed under the following conditions (for both parts): 1) deformation and cleansing of road surfaces and the order of winter maintenance up to an hour. 600 every day; 2) deformation and cleansing of road surfaces in the second order of winter maintenance up to 1 hour. 900 each day; 3) standby (passive action) during the period: 15.10.2026 – 15.04.2027. The winter action will be carried out only by telephone notification of the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to immediately start the action after receiving the notification and conduct it in a way that ensures proper and careful performance of the subject of the contract. Maintaining readiness (passive action) will take place only upon notification of the Ordering Party and until further notice by the Ordering Party.
