Preparation of project documentation – Construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path on Strzechy Street (from Dębowa Street to DW928) in Mikołów

… documentation from ground tests together with a geotechnical design (if necessary), allowing for the correct assessment of the geotechnical conditions of the ground and the design of the surface structure; 6) preparation of a land development project, architectural and construction design and technical design in 4 copies in paper and electronic version on a magnetic medium in PDF format and editable DWG and DOC, taking into account in particular a) design of the construction of a two-way road for pedestrians and bicycles within ul. Thatch (DG380043S) with a width of min. 3.00 m and a length of approx. 220m on the section from ul. Dębowa (DG380044S) to ul. Bielska (DW928)including: - connecting it with the existing ground road located on plot No. wid. 1535/38 (area 0029 Mikołów); - its connection with the existing road for pedestrians and bicycles within ul. Bielska (DW928); - maintaining the required road gauge, the width of safety belts and the distance from the edges of the edges to the edges of the road for pedestrians and bicycles; b) designing the reconstruction of the existing ul. Thatch (DG380043S) on the section covered by the construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles, consisting of: unilateral demolition of the existing road surface to the extent necessary to obtain space for the construction of the above-mentioned pedestrian and bicycle road within the limits of real estate owned by the Municipality of Mikołów; - construction of a widening of the roadway on the other side of ul. Thatches up to a fixed width of 5,00 m (2x2,50m); - construction of the KR3 road surface on the entire width of ul. Thatches adapted to the identified geotechnical conditions of the substrate; - redevelopment of existing exits; - profiling slopes, slopes and greenery in adjacent areas, located within the boundaries of properties owned by the Municipality of Mikołów covered by the scope of the study. c) designing the construction of rainwater sewage system within ul. Thatchings on the reconstructed section; d) designing the construction of lighting for bicycle crossings using at least 2 LED street lighting fixtures (if it is necessary to design bicycle crossings); e) designing a technological channel within ul. Thatchings on the reconstructed section; f) design of the reconstruction and protection of existing land weapon networks on the basis of technical conditions issued by the owners or administrators of these networks; g) inventory of existing greenery with a greenery felling plan and a replacement planting plan if necessary. h) design of road greenery in the form of lawns and plantings (regardless of the need to make possible replacement plantings) along the planned street section with the use of existing stands (if possible); 7) obtaining all arrangements, opinions, permits and decisions required by law necessary to implement the construction plan, in particular a) a final decision on the environmental conditions for consent to the implementation of the project, or the position of the competent authority on the lack of necessity
