… maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the Municipality of Mirzec during the period of performance of the contract, i.e. in the season from 15.11.2026 to 15.03.2027, is: - snow removal along the entire length and width of the road - 1 011.52 km (length of roads to be snowed off (50,576 km) x estimated 5 trips per month x 4 months) - sanding with salt over the entire length and width of the road - 788.12 km (length of roads to be covered with a mixture of sand and salt (39,406 km) x estimated 5 trips per month x 4 months) - maintaining readiness to carry out the order so-called passive action (a lump sum will be charged to the Contractor during the calendar month), according to the following proportions: - in the absence of trips (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will receive 100% of the lump sum of the so-called passive action; in the case of 1 mission (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will receive 80% of the lump sum amount of the so-called passive action in that calendar month; in the case of 2 trips (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will receive 60% of the lump sum of the so-called passive action in that calendar month; in the case of 3 trips (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will receive 40% of the lump sum amount of the so-called passive action in that calendar month; in the case of 4 trips (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will receive 20% of the lump sum of the so-called passive action in that calendar month; - in the case of 5 or more trips (active action) in a given calendar month, the Contractor will not be entitled to a lump sum under the passive action in that calendar month. Length of roads to be snow cleared on call for intervention by the Contracting Authority (ground roads) – 6,159 km 11.
