point. 3 each time: detailed technical data of the print (volume, circulation, format, type of binding, type and weight of paper and cardboard or cardboard), the value of the Order, as well as the date of implementation, the person / organizational unit interested in the specific subject of the order on the part of the Ordering Party along with contact details, as well as the data of the Contractor and the place of delivery. 5. The quantities indicated in Annex 1A to the FTZ are indicative quantities determined on the basis of consumption over the last twelve [12 ] months and the contracting authority’s expected demand. The Contractor shall provide twelve [12 ] months’ guarantee for the subject-matter of the contract. 7. The warranty period for the subject of the contract indicated in point. 6 is the minimum period. The contractor may include in its tender a longer guarantee period for the subject-matter of the contract offered, but not longer than thirty-six [36 ] months; Chapter I pt. 19.2.3. SWZ shall apply. 8. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for each successive order. 9. The deadline for completion of the subject of the contract is: twelve [ 12 ] months from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to paragraph. 10. 10. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract successively within a maximum of ninety [90 ] calendar days from the date of providing the Contractor with the consent referred to in § 2 sec. 6 Draft agreement constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ. 11. The deadline indicated in point. 10 is the maximum time limit for the execution of the order. In the tender, the contractor may specify a shorter deadline for the performance of successive contracts which are the subject of the contract, as specified in the tender evaluation criterion – see point . 19.2.2. SWZ. It is not allowed for the Contractor to indicate a deadline for the execution (delivery) of successive orders shorter than fifteen [15 ] calendar days.
