The deadlines for the execution of orders in individual parts of the procedure have been determined by dates that result from the need to ensure the continuity of the provision of Internet access services and to maintain the uninterrupted functioning of the Ordering Party's ICT infrastructure. With regard to Parts II and III of the contract, the starting dates for the provision of the services have been determined by the dates corresponding to the end of the validity of the internet access services currently provided. This will allow for a smooth takeover of the services by the new contractor without the risk of interruption of data transmission and disruption of systems and users using these links. 2. 1) The subject of the contract in the scope of Part II of the procedure is the provision of the Internet access service for the location indicated by the Contracting Authority Regional Centre for Social Policy in Lublin, ul. Szpitalna 50, 22-100 Chełm – Medical Vocational Study building, including: a fixed symmetrical access link providing access to the Internet with a speed of at least 100 Mbps is set up, launched and made available around the clock. 2) The Contractor will set up a connection to the Internet at the location indicated in point 1) within 45 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 9 November 2026; 3) The contract will be concluded for a definite period and will be implemented from 9 November 2026 to 8 November 2029. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of Part II of the procedure is set out in Annex 1b to the FTZ. It would be 8, 22-400 Zamość, including: a fixed symmetrical access link providing access to the Internet with a speed of at least 100 Mbps is set up, launched and made available 24 hours a day. 2) The Contractor will set up a connection to the Internet at the location indicated in point 1) within 60 days from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 21 November 2026; 3) The contract will be concluded for a definite period and will be implemented from 21 November 2026 to 20 November 2029. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the scope of Part III of the procedure is set out in Annex 1c to the FTZ.
