1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywna dostawa pelletu drzewnego do Urzędu Gminy i jednostek organizacyjnych gminy Złotów – ogółem wielkość dostaw około 80,0 ton. Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany dostarczać pellet należytej (wymaganej) jakości, z drewna z drzew iglastych lub liściastych, lub stanowiący mieszankę drzew iglastych i liściastych, bez domieszki innych substancji jak np. kleje, lepiszcze czy utwardzacze, w formie walców o średnicy od 6 do 8 mm (do kotłowni Urzędu Gminy Złotów pellet średnicy 6mm) i długości do 40mm, o parametrach nie gorszych niż: - wartość opałowa ≥17,00 [MJ/kg], - gęstość średnia ≥ 600 [kg/m3], - wilgotność ≤ 10 %, - zawartość popiołu ≤ 0,7%. Oferowany pellet musi posiadać certyfikat ENPlus A1. 2. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa węglowego paliwa stałego typu „ekogroszek” workowanego – ogółem wielkość dostaw około 54,0 tony.
