Deliveries will be made to the ordering party's warehouses, i.e. to the food warehouse in the Herby Penitentiary, 42-284 Herby, Krótka 28 Street to the food warehouse of the External Branch in Lubliniec, 42-700 Lubliniec, ul. 6 of Sobieski. Deliveries will be made in a successive manner, as required on the basis of information provided each time by the ordering party in the form of a telephone, e-mail or fax until 6.00 p.m. 13:00. Delivery in accordance with the submitted offer from 8:00 to 13:00 (Monday to Friday) by transport and at the contractor's expense. Due to the specific nature of the contracting authority's activity, there is a large variation in the frequency and volume of deliveries. 5. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ. 6. The delivered products should comply with the standards and standards set out in the Polish Standards and relevant legal provisions, including the Act on food and nutrition safety of 25 August 2006, as well as the regulations implementing this Act. 7. The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted. The Contractor may submit only one tender. 8. Requirements for contractors: a) The Contractor shall be responsible for the high quality of the subject-matter of the contract; due diligence is required in the performance of the obligations of the contract; Arrangements and decisions concerning the performance of the contract shall be agreed by the contracting authority with an appointed representative of the economic operator; d) Determination by the contractor of contact telephone numbers, fax numbers, e-mail addresses and other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely execution of the order; e) The Ordering Party shall not be liable for damage caused by the Contractor during the performance of the subject of the contract. f) The Contractor applying for access to the premises of the organizational unit of the Prison Service must comply with the provisions that apply in this respect. 2. 1. The type of articles and the estimated needs are set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ. The quantity of delivered goods may be reduced by 30%. The Contractor shall be entitled to remuneration only for the quantity actually delivered. 3. At the same time, the Ordering Party obliges the Contractor to ensure that the quality of the delivered food products subject to this contract, the method of packaging them, as well as the type of packaging used, result in a reduction in the costs incurred by the Ordering Party for storing, preparing and distributing the delivered products and the dishes produced from them, as well as the costs of exporting and disposing of the resulting waste. 4.
