… Road salt must contain Anti-caking agent in the amount of min 50 ppm (mg/kg). Documents confirming the results of the tests should be issued no later than 2 years before the deadline for submitting tenders, • the supplies covered by the contract will be carried out successively according to the needs of the contracting authority; deliveries of salt will be made on the date offered by the Contractor. The longest delivery period required by the Ordering Party is 7 working days from the moment of notification of the demand, • the actual delivery quantity may be reduced depending on weather conditions and salt demand for winter road maintenance, • deliveries will be made by self-discharging cars, and the Supplier is obliged to use only such means of transport that will not affect the quality of the transported material, and in particular its moisture. The quantity and efficiency of the means of transport must guarantee the timeliness of delivery, • the form of delivery – bulk salt without packaging, • The contracting authority reserves the right to check the quality of individual batches of road salt. In the event of delivery of salt that does not comply with the requirements of the Ordering Party, the material will be left at the Supplier's disposal, • on the day of delivery, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the PZH hygiene certificate, the IBDM opinion together with annexes (i.e. results of road salt tests or equivalent documents allowing and confirming technical parameters issued by relevant units in the EU) confirming the intended use of salt for sprinkling roads. Documents drawn up in a foreign language must be submitted together with a translation into Polish.
